Zurich North America names middle-market industry practice leaders

Zurich North America on Wednesday named former Sompo International executive Erin Terpack and former Hanover Insurance Group executive Katie Daly as industry practice leaders in its U.S. middle-market business.
Ms. Terpack, based in Pittsburgh, was named head of technology and manufacturing, U.S. middle market, a position previously held by Jon Zabikow, who has left the company. According to his LinkedIn profile, Mr. Zabikow joined Associated Agencies Inc. in Chicago.
Ms. Terpack previously served as a regional underwriting executive at Sompo.
Ms. Daly, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, was named head of real estate, retail, hospitality and wholesale, U.S. middle market, succeeding Gerald Chiddick, who was named regional executive for the Midwest region in June.
Ms. Daly most recently served as product director for general liability and umbrella at Hanover.
