To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The cost of individual health insurance in the Affordable Care Act marketplace is set to decline sharply next year in Virginia, with companies proposing double-digit percentage decreases in their latest filings with the state, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reports. The reductions will bring the average per-person monthly rate in the Richmond area down to $524.26 in the largest plan, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield’s statewide HealthKeepers, after a proposed average reduction of 10.5%. Cigna Health & Life Insurance Co.’s comparable plan will cost an average of $438.21, after a 19.6% rate reduction.
