To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A group of U.S. health insurers want a federal appeals court to scrap a $185 million legal fee award to Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan for its work in securing $3.7 billion for the insurers suing as a class over Affordable Care Act reimbursement, Reuters reports. Calling the legal fees "untenable," more than 30 insurers told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a court filing on Jan. 20 that Quinn Emanuel's 10,000 hours did not warrant such a substantial award, the report says.
