There’s a beer called workers comp. No, really.
As promoted in the Utica, New York, Observer-Dispatch’s beer column this week, one pale ale that will get you through the seemingly endless hot and humid summer days is: Two Roads Brewing’s Workers Comp Farmhouse Ale.
It is, as the writer Colin Hubbell declares, “simply put, one of the most drinkable farmhouse/saisons made in the United States,” and “big fruit and spice components will still impress relevant taste buds.”
Mr. Hubbell, who recommends such seasonal beers in his column, is co-owner of The Green Onion Pub and The Beer Hub Utica.
In the spirit of SpongeBob SquarePants’s favorite expletive: Tartar sauce!
