BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Supreme Court refuses to strike down Affordable Care Act

In a 7-2 ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld the Affordable Care Act, Forbes reports. The high court said, among other things, that the Republican attorney generals challenging the law lacked the authority to sue. However, the court didn’t address the main complaint that the ACA became invalid after the individual mandate was abolished.
