A research conducted by the Unum Group has found more than one in three employees (36%) are planning to change their benefits for next year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Fox Business reported. The findings show that 27% of employees plan to enroll for the first time or increase their coverage in life insurance, 14% for hospital insurance, and 12% for short- and long-term disability insurance.
