Claims management firm Crawford & Co. on Friday named Lisa Bartlett president of its U.K. and Ireland operations, where she will succeed Clive Nicholls, who is retiring.
London-based Ms. Bartlett joined Crawford as chief client officer (U.K.) in June. Previously, she was a regional director in the U.K. operations of French insurer Axa SA.
She will report to Danielle Lisenbey, global president of TPA solutions, for Atlanta-based Crawford, who is also the firm’s executive responsible for the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
Ms. Bartlett’s appointment is effective Oct. 1, Crawford said in a statement.
Mr. Nicholls, who joined Crawford in 2009, will retire at the end of September, the statement said.
Crawford & Co. on Thursday said it has named Atlanta-based Ken Fraser global chief client officer.
