BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Michael Costonis has been appointed chief operations officer of CNA Financial Corp., the Chicago-based insurer announced Tuesday.
Mr. Costonis succeeds J. Merten, who will retire at the end of the year. Mr. Costonis previously served as global insurance industry leader at Accenture PLC. In his new position, Mr. Costonis will lead all information technology, analytics and operations functions across the organization.
Based in Chicago, he will report to CNA Chairman and CEO Dino E. Robusto.
D. Craig Mense, executive vice president and chief financial officer of CNA Financial Corp., will retire from the company effective Dec. 31, CNA said Thursday.
