A 2015 cyber attack on French television network TV5Monde S.A. has cost the firm "millions of euros," Broadband TV News reported citing website Fredzone.
The site said that the company expects to spend €3.1 million ($3.4 million) in 2016, in addition to the €4.6 million spent in 2015.
TV5 Monde had to replace all servers as well as all workstations for the employees as its whole infrastructure was compromised by the attack.
