Crystal & Company has appointed four executives in its San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, the New York-based insurance broker said Thursday.
Shawn Ram has been named as executive managing director and Western region head in charge of California operations in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Mr. Ram also has national responsibility for Crystal & Company’s technology practice, according to the statement.
Most recently, Mr. Ram was managing director and national technology practice leader for Aon Risk Solutions.
Nick Del Biaggio has been appointed senior managing director and Western region sales leader. Previously, Mr. Del Biaggio was an executive vice president and director of corporate sales and marketing at Woodland Hills, California-based Liberty Co. Insurance Brokers Inc.
Mr. Ram and Mr. Del Biaggio are based in San Francisco.
Brendan Dolan and Higgins Manker have been named managing directors in the firm’s management and professional risk group in Los Angeles. Previously, Mr. Dolan and Mr. Manker were both senior vice presidents at Willis North America Inc.
Crystal & Company has launched an analytical tool intended to help clients focus their loss control efforts for maximum impact.
