To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Hub to acquire Fort Worth benefits brokerage Purselley Associates

Broker Hub International Ltd. has acquired Purselley Associates, a Fort Worth, Texas-based insurance broker that provides employers and individuals with employee benefits resources and solutions, reports Fort Worth Business. Joyce “Dixie” Purselley and the Purselley Associates team will join Hub Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
