Pension risk transfer premiums remained largely unchanged in August, declining slightly to 102.2% of plan liabilities from 102.3% a month earlier, according to a report from Seattle-based consulting firm Milliman, reports NBC Right Now. Meanwhile, annuity purchase costs reflecting competition among insurers also stayed flat, at 100.1% for August, Milliman said.
