BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Gallagher acquires remaining shares in Swiss insurer Hesse

U.S.-based insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has now acquired the remaining shares in Switzerland-based Hesse & Partner A.G. and Hesse Consulting GmbH following its acquisition of a 65% stake in the companies in 2018, Verdict reported. Hesse offers insurance and risk management services for industrial, manufacturing and construction clients, with a focus on the waste-to-energy industry.
