Around 29,000 chickens will be culled at a poultry farm in the German district of Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, following the outbreak of H5N8 avian influenza, News18 reported citing Reuters. The local authority has set a 6.2 mile observation area covering 482 poultry farms with around 644,000 chickens, after the outbreak.
