BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

An IHOP cook in La Mesa, California, has been arrested for workers compensation fraud after surveillance footage found that he has actually injured himself “play wrestling” a co-worker and not engaged in his normal job duties, the California Department of Insurance reported Thursday.

Jonathan Quezada is facing multiple felony counts of insurance fraud for collecting over $22,000 in comp benefits after fracturing his clavicle, according to a statement.

He claimed that he slipped and fell while he was cleaning grill grates in the restaurant kitchen. Investigators later reviewed surveillance footage, which revealed that the story had been cooked up.
