BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

(Reuters) — The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Tuesday that it charged Moody’s Investor Service Inc. with failing to clearly define and consistently apply credit-rating symbols in a first-ever ratings-related enforcement action by the regulator.

Moody’s did not admit or deny the SEC charges but did agree to pay $16.25 million to both settle charges and review its rating symbol policies and controls, the regulator said in a statement.
