Officials at the U.S. Geological Survey said that a 5.8-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Japan's Fukushima prefecture on July 20, 9news.com.au reported. No fresh damage to the crippled Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant was reported and there was no risk of a tsunami, the officials added.
