South Korea's STX Offshore & Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. is facing 25 civil lawsuits for claims totalling102 billion South Korean won ($92 million), reported The Korea Times.

The lawsuits have been filed by former employees, investors and business partners. STX said that its 1,070 unionized workers are seeking a total of KRW 11 billion in back wages and bonuses from the last few years. Another 50 employees, eight business partners, two foreign shippers and a group of 500 individual equity investors have also filed suits.
