Hub acquires assets of regional agency

Hub International Ltd. said on Tuesday that it acquired the assets of First Santa Fe Insurance Services Inc.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Albuquerque, New Mexico-based First Santa Fe provides commercial and personal insurance solutions — specifically business, health and life insurance.
First Santa Fe’s operations will become a part of Hub New Mexico and be led by Randy Perkins, president, Hub New Mexico, Hub said in a statement. A group of offices are based in Alamogordo, Albuquerque, Carlsbad, Las Cruces, and Santa Fe.
“First Santa Fe Insurance has a history of being well-established in its communities, and this acquisition gives its clients access to the resources, services and network of Hub’s property and casualty, employee benefits, risk services and personal lines solutions,” Mr. Perkins, said in the statement
