Airlines join cargo cartel lawsuit, possible damage bill increases

Three companies are joining German logistics firm DB Schenker's antitrust lawsuit against 13 cargo airlines, The Loadstar reported.

The companies are Robert Bosch GmbH, Kuehne + Nagel International A.G. and Panalpina Welttransport Holding A.G. Deutsche Bahn A.G., the parent company of DB Schenker, said that with new firms joining the lawsuit, the damage claim in Germany totals €2 billion ($2.25 billion).

DB Schenker's damage claims in Germany alone total €1.2 billion ($1.35 billion).
