BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Egypt: Misr Insurance renews contracts with more than 40 reinsurers

Egypt-based Misr Insurance Co.'s managing director Adel Moussa has said that the insurer has renewed its reinsurance agreement with over 40 reinsurers for 2015, Amwal Al Ghad reports.

Reinsurers including Swiss Re Ltd., Hannover Re S.E. and Scor S.E., among others, deal with Misr Insurance, Mr. Moussa said.

The insurer has increased its retention rates to 51% for coverage of insurance portfolios such as oil and fire, added Mr. Moussa.
