Information technology and security experts have said that oil and gas businesses in the Middle East are becoming increasingly alarmed by cyber attacks, reports Gulfnews.com.

In 2013, a virus affected computers at Saudi Arabian Oil Co., costing the company around $15 million. One expert said cyber attack security has become "a major priority for oil and gas companies in the region."
