To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Kenya: Insurers say claims handled well even as traders complain

Kenya's insurance sector, responding to traders' complaints that underwriters ignored them after the 2013 Westgate mall attack, said it has handled claims in the best way possible, The Star reported.

Many traders complained that the absence of a terror clause in their covers left them with complete losses, while some said the payout they received was not enough to cover the overall damage.

But the country's insurance association said "very many" insurers paid clients and some considered payments "even for those that lacked the proper cover but had other covers with them."
