Canada: Food products recalled over listeria, E. coli riskReprints
Three food products in Canada are being recalled over possible listeriosis and E. coli contamination, CTV News reported.
Concord Premium Meats Ltd. has recalled Marc Angelo brand Genoa Salami because of possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Avina Fresh Mushrooms brand Sliced Crimini Mushrooms is also being recalled over similar concerns. Meanwhile, certain brands of La Fromagerie Hamel brand French cheeses are being recalled in Quebec as they may be contaminated with E. coli.
