6.4-magnitude earthquake strikes off Greek coastReprints
A magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck off the coast of northern Greece, officials said. Police said shops and houses suffered minor damage, Reuters reported.
Antonis Chatzidiamantis, Mayor of Lemnos, said part of the ceiling at the airport on the Aegean island collapsed. The quake also rattled Turkey, where around 270 people were hospitalized, the government disaster and emergency department said. The tremor was also felt in Bulgaria, the country's government said.
