Cambodia: Garment workers strike cost more than $200 million

Ken Loo, secretary-general of the Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia, said weeks of strike by garment workers have cost its members more than $200 million, Reuters reported.

About 350,000 workers had gone on strike. Recently, military police had to open fire on workers protesting outside a factory, and four were killed.
