Scotland: Compensation for 2013 Glasgow helicopter crash could top millions, says lawyer

A lawyer said compensation paid to families of the people who died when a helicopter crashed into a pub in Glasgow in November 2013 could top millions of pounds, Scottish Daily Record reported.

Civil claims expert Cameron Fyfe said Scottish courts are now awarding bigger payouts.

Mr. Fyfe said "the claim for an extended family could easily reach £1 million ($1.6 million)."
