LONDON—Willis Group Holdings P.L.C. has named Brendan McManus CEO of Willis Ltd., its principal U.K. broking unit, and Rodney Baker-Bates as nonexecutive chairman of the unit.
The two succeed David Margrett, formerly chairman and CEO of Willis Ltd., who was named CEO of Willis International last month.
In addition, Mr. McManus will remain CEO of Willis U.K. & Ireland, a role he has held since 2007, Willis said Monday.
Mr. Baker-Bates has worked for a variety of financial services companies, including insurer Prudential P.L.C., and currently holds a number of other chairman and nonexecutive director roles.
The appointments are subject to regulatory approval, Willis said.
