BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Hurricane Igor heading for Bermuda: Modeler

BOSTON–Hurricane Igor could strike Bermuda this weekend, catastrophe modeler AIR Worldwide Corp. said Tuesday.

In an analysis, Boston-based AIR said Igor is likely to remain a major hurricane through Friday.

AIR noted that the National Hurricane Center’s five-day forecast showed Igor reaching Bermuda early Sunday, although the storm was expected to weaken somewhat before reaching Bermuda.

“On its projected path, Igor should stay well east of both the Gulf of Mexico and the U.S. coastline, but it should be noted that there is still considerable uncertainty regarding Igor’s path,” AIR said in a statement.
