Argo Group's loss widens in fourth quarter

Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Argo Group International Holdings Ltd.'s loss widened to more than $103 million in the fourth quarter of last year, more than double the $44 million loss it sustained in the same quarter of 2018, The Royal Gazette reported. Gross written premiums increased 1.5% year-over-year to nearly $713 million.
