BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Pioneer Underwriting to merge with K2 Insurance

U.K.-based insurer Pioneer Underwriting Ltd. has signed an agreement to absorb U.S.-based insurer K2 Insurance Services LLC, Artemis reports. Following K2's acquisition of Pioneer, the initial focus will be on Pioneer's offerings in property catastrophe reinsurance, financial institutions, international property facultative and marine specialty.
