BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Everest Re to expand contingency business

Bermuda-based reinsurer Everest Re Group Ltd.'s unit plans to expand its global contingency insurance business, The Royal Gazette reported. Lowery Robinson, vice president of Everest Contingency, said that the reinsurer is bringing together various platforms including Everest Specialty Underwriters and its Lloyd's of London unit Everest Syndicate 2786 under one umbrella. Everest provides contingency insurance covering event cancellation and non-appearance among other specialty products.
