BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Ping An uses artificial intelligence to boost efficiency

Chen Xinying, executive deputy general manager at Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd., said that the insurer has launched artificial intelligence technology to improve risk control and efficiency and reduce costs, China Daily reported. One of the products, intelligent authentication, which uses face and voiceprint recognition to establish biological files for all clients, helped reduce time taken to settle claims from three days to 30 minutes, the insurer said.
