Fitch Ratings Inc. said that insurance and reinsurance brokers face increasing pressures, but the growing alternative reinsurance markets could be potential "sources of expansion and opportunities," reports Artemis.bm.

"Revenue and organic growth rates will remain pressured from continued flat or declining premium rate changes in most commercial insurance segments and a soft reinsurance market," the rating agency said.
