Asia Reinsurance Brokers acquires majority stake in Indonesian reinsurance broker

Singapore-based Asia Reinsurance Brokers Pte. Ltd. and its parent Asiare Holdings Pte. Ltd. have acquired a majority stake in Indonesian reinsurance broker PT Adi Pratama Asia, reports Asia Insurance Review.

Indonesia's Financial Services Authority and the Monetary Authority of Singapore have approved the acquisition. "The partnership will combine ARB's strong international technical competence with APA's established local knowledge that fully embraces good corporate governance and regulatory compliance," ARB said.
