BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The American Psychological Association's Journal of Occupational Health Psychology reports on a study that found that integrating return-to-work strategies with cognitive-behavioral therapy can reduce time away from work when employees suffer from mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. The study conducted in the Netherlands looked at workers that received the therapy with a focus on the process of returning to the workplace. Read the study.
