Everest Re hires energy portfolio leader

Andreas Graham has joined Everest Re Group Ltd.’s excess casualty team to lead expansion of its energy portfolio and capabilities, the Hamilton, Bermuda-based reinsurer said Monday.
Mr. Graham, who is based in Boston, joins Everest from Morristown, New Jersey-based ProSight Specialty Insurance Group Inc., where he was responsible for marine and energy, Everest Re said in a statement.
“With Andreas’ significant experience in the energy space, we are confident we will be able to expand our tailored coverage offerings, thereby helping solve our energy clients’ unique challenges,” Connie Germano, New York-based head of Everest Specialty Casualty, said in the statement.
