Worldwide Facilities L.L.C. said on Thursday that it has acquired San Diego-based Sloan Mason Insurance Services.
Sloan Mason Insurance Services is a wholesale insurance broker that specializes in coverage placements for the energy and energy related businesses.
Sloan Mason founder and president, Paul Mason will join Worldwide Facilities, along with his 12 employees and operate under the name Sloan Mason Insurance Services, a division of Worldwide Facilities, according to a Worldwide Facilities spokeswoman.
“Sloan Mason's specialized business model and industry verticals match well with our growing specialty product practice groups. Paul built a great business, and we are very pleased to have him and his team joins our organization,” Davis Moore, Los Angeles-based CEO of Worldwide Facilities said in a statement.
Artex Risk Solutions, the Bermuda-based captive management unit of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., said it has acquired Gibraltar-based captive manager Quest Holdings (Gibraltar) Ltd.
