Aon exec moves to Marsh as U.S. construction leaderReprints
Former Aon P.L.C. executive David Marino has been appointed U.S. construction leader at Marsh L.L.C.
The appointment is effective next month, Marsh said Monday in a statement.
As U.S. construction leader, Mr. Marino will be responsible for delivering risk advisory and transactional services to clients in the construction industry, reporting to Don Bailey, head of global sales and U.S. industries at Marsh.
Mr. Marino previously was regional managing director for the greater New York area for Aon. He will be based in New York, according to the Marsh statement.
A Marsh spokeswoman said the role of U.S. construction chief had been vacant for nine months. Mike Anderson, the former managing director and CEO of Marsh USA's construction practice, left Marsh last December and joined JLT Specialty Insurance Services Inc. in April.
