BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Labor Department revokes Trump-era association health plan rule

The U.S. Department of Labor has revoked a Trump-era rule that allowed small businesses and self-employed individuals to use cheaper association health plans that did not fully comply with the Affordable Care Act, Bloomberg Law reports. The new rule, which will take effect 60 days after its April 30 publication, replaces a 2018 regulation that expanded the definition of "employer" to facilitate businesses pooling together to buy health insurance under the ACA.
