BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

NC hospitals overcharge state employees for cancer drugs: Report

North Carolina’s treasurer has released a report stating that several hospitals have been overcharging state employees for cancer drugs, billing over five times the acquisition cost, WECT-TV reports. The hospitals used the 340B Drug Pricing Program, designed to help keep costs low for providers in low-income and rural communities, to generate average profits as high as $13,617 per claim on cancer drugs paid by the NC State Health Plan for Teachers and Employees.
