To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Aetna Inc. has agreed to settle a lawsuit accusing it of discriminating against LGBTQ+ customers seeking fertility treatment, the Associated Press reports. The health insurer will now include coverage for artificial insemination as standard for all customers and will strive to ensure equal access to in-vitro fertilization procedures.
