BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Governor signs two health insurance bills into law

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds has signed two health insurance bills into law, the Des Moines Register reports. House File 2489 mandates insurers to cover supplemental and diagnostic breast examinations, including ultrasounds and MRIs for suspected or undetected cancer. House File 2668 requires coverage for biomarker testing used for monitoring diseases and conditions, including tests approved by the FDA and other nationally recognized clinical guidelines.
