The Kraft Heinz Co. has voluntarily dismissed a lawsuit against Aetna Inc. alleging the insurer breached fiduciary duties and enriched itself as third-party administrator of Kraft's employee health plan, reports Becker’s Payer Issues. The case will now move to arbitration per Kraft's employee benefits group. Kraft originally sought reimbursement for losses and profits stemming from the alleged fiduciary breach, along with an injunction compelling Aetna to furnish full claims data.
