BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Illinois moves state retiree PPO contract to Aetna from United Healthcare

The Illinois Department of Central Management Services awarded a contract to Aetna Inc. that will make it the primary health insurance option for retired state workers, WCIA reports. Aetna was awarded contract to provide a PPO to retirees statewide starting in 2023, a contract United Healthcare Inc. has held for 10 years. United Healthcare appealed the decision, and its appeal should be decided in roughly 30 days, according to the report.
