BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Supreme Court denies bid to drop lawsuit against Aetna, Optum for ‘dummy billing’

The U.S. Supreme Court denied a bid by OptumHealth Care Solutions LLC. to drop a class-action lawsuit that alleges the company worked with Aetna Inc. and used "dummy code" to make administrative fees appear to be billable medical charges, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. The court denied OptumHealth’s writ of certiorari on March 7 and the class-action case will be sent back to the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for a decision.
