A local union and Dow Chemical Co. have reached agreement on a new four-year collective bargaining agreement that offers employee benefits enhancements, the Midland Daily News reports. One of the main points in the negotiations was Dow’s Total Rewards Program, which includes new retirement savings programs, enhanced paid leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, additional wellbeing programs, re-establishes Dow’s employee stock purchase plan, and a new health care assistance program, a Dow spokesman said.
