BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

COVID-19 lowers employer healthcare costs

A survey of health insurance companies by Aon PLC shows that the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly lowered employers’ healthcare spending costs for the first time in decades, Plan Sponsor reported. According to Aon, medical claims for the year are projected to drop at a rate that is 5 percentage points lower than initially projected, with insurers expecting average downward cost impacts of 15% for dental benefits and 8% for vision benefits.
