Amwins adds excess D&O liability coverage

Amwins Special Risk Underwriters said Thursday it is introducing excess directors and officers liability coverage.
Amwins said that, with limits of up to $5 million, it will offer excess public, private and not-for profit D&O coverage with a shared limit.
Excess coverages for public and private companies include D&O liability, D&O side A/difference-in conditions, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability.
Amwins said target classes include manufacturing, professional services, technology, financial/insurance, energy, retail, transportation, aerospace and entertainment.
