WTW hires former Marsh leaders for client engagement roles

Willis Towers Watson PLC said Monday it has hired Chad Wright and Conor McLaughlin, formerly with Marsh LLC, to its strategic client engagement leadership team within Corporate Risk and Broking, North America.
Mr. Wright was named strategic client engagement leader and Mr. McLaughlin was appointed global client advocate, focused on the Fortune 1000 industry segment.
Atlanta-based Mr. Wright previously was managing director and senior client executive at Marsh where he led the U.S. risk and analytics and alternative risk transfer teams.
He will report to Nancy Korcinsky, southeast region leader, Corporate Risk and Broking, North America, and Louise Pennington, group leader of the strategic client engagement leadership team.
Mr. McLaughlin, based in Charlotte, previously was senior vice president and an associate client executive at Marsh. He will report to Ms. Korcinsky.
This is the latest in a series of recent hires to WTW’s strategic client engagement leadership, which was formed in January.
